White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Recipe. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Spread the melted vanilla chocolate out on the parchment paper in an even layer.
Stir well until bowl is no longer warm. Add crushed candy canes, red decorating sugar and candy cane sprinkles to the top of the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, stir in the peppermint oil.
Put dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Stir in crushed peppermints after chocolate is melted.
Pour the white chocolate on top of the set semisweet chocolate, spread evenly, and sprinkle with the crushed peppermints. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Gently loosen the peppermint bark from the parchment and allow the bark to come to room temperature.
