White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting. Stir without further heating until the chocolate is completely fluid. Use at once or to ensure smoothness rebeat at ROOM TEMPERATURE (to prevent it from curdling) before frosting.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla to cream cheese and butter. Add in the melted Candy Melts, slowly. In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese (preferably with a flat beater) until smooth and creamy.

Beat in the butter and lemon juice.
Let them cool, but do not let it harden. Directions: In a small saucepan, combine white chocolate and cream. Gradually beat in the cooled chocolate until smoothly incorporated.
