Texas Sheet Cake Frosting. Prepare Fudge Icing, and pour over warm cake. Bring butter, milk and cocoa to rapid boil.
Whisk cocoa powder into butter until blended. Using a mixer on low, add the butter mixture to the dry mix. Combine the butter, cocoa powder, and water in a medium saucepan and place it over medium heat.
Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla.
Beat in eggs, sour cream, and baking soda.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate and mix well. Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
