Why Is Exercise Good For You
Why Is Exercise Good For You. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. To begin with, it increases your heart rate, which promotes the flow.
Here are some reasons why: Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercise also stimulates the growth of new brain cells and helps prevent age-related decline. You also get endurance which increases your heart rate.
It also stimulates the production of hormones that enhance the growth of brain cells.
Increase your stamina, fitness and strength.
One of my favorites is doing balance exercises on the rebounder. Added to this, it also strengthens your heart muscle. But over the long term, you'll enjoy increased stamina and reduced fatigue.
